Ask China Expertise for advice

It was Mr. Böge's mistake to make ironocal comments on Mr. Li's instructions. As most Chinese are not familiar with this form of beahviour and don't understand it, they percieve it as a rude insult. As Mr. Li thinks of himself as the paying customer, the situation is unacceptable for him. This finally might lead to the termination of the contract. Especially Chinese are very sensible in this matter and according to their understanding the customer is by all means king.

For you it would be the most favourable solution if Mr. Böge continued with his work since he has met  the expectations as far as his know-how is concerned. To provide him with proper recommendation  on how to improve the situation, we would suggest a coaching for Mr. Böge. We from China Expertise will address your individual challenges.

To ensure Mr. Böge can continue with his work, it is absolutely necessary that you as Mr. Böge's boss apologize to Mr. Li for your employees behaviour. However, this should be done at a rather incidental looking occasion. Though it might seem strange for you, this is expected in China. Further measures will help to straighten out the messy situation.

China Expertise provides competent and reliable advice.
